Koullis is an experienced manager with a background in finance, training and the application of drama techniques to bring out the best in individuals and their presentations. He has over 20 years experience facilitating executive learning and development across a wide range of business sectors in the UK and abroad.

He has worked extensively as a lead facilitator on programmes such as Personal Impact & Effectiveness; Leadership & Leadership Skills; Presenting Difficult Messages to Staff; Influencing Skills; Coaching and Feedback Skills; Regular Performance Discussions; Constructive Conversations.

Koullis’ key areas of expertise are the assessment of organisational and individual developmental needs accompanied with the imagination and skill to craft a bespoke programme to bring about understanding and change.
